PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTION

  • The subscription lasts for 12 months initially, and is month to month after that period. After the initial 12 month period, you can cancel at any time.

  • If you cancel before the 12 months, the outstanding total of the remaining subscription time comes due. For example, if your subscription is $250 per month, and you canceled 6 months into your 12 month contract, then you owe a remaining lump sum of $1500.

  • Invoices come with a 7 day (from time of issuing) grace period to be paid. After the 7th day, a $25 late fee will be applied. However, we are generally flexible and with good communication, and within reason, exceptions can be made. Look.. just talk to us and be honest. We’ll figure it out.

  • Your subscription payments are due either on the 1st of the month, or the 15th. We totally understand how bills get on the 1st, so when you sign up with us we provide the added flexibility of choosing a payment due date in the middle of the month if that’s beneficial to you.

  • Invoices are sent via email every month. Those invoices include the accepted payment methods of Paypal, Zelle, and Direct Deposit/ACH. We DO NOT accept crypto, check, or money order.

  • Generally no. The process to get started is very detailed and involved. By the time a payment is due, the work is well underway. If we cannot deliver something you are 100% happy with and you no longer want to move forward, refunds will be at our discretion.

WEBSITE

  • The requirements of a project can vary, but we generally finish a basic website from start to finish in 3-4 weeks. The longest delays usually come from waiting to receive required assets (like logos, desired/necessary photos and copy) and approvals.

  • You do. Again, we’re not here to hold your company hostage. If it doesn’t work out or something happens, you’re free to take the work that has been done and go. You can also be given your own login to the website to make changes and updates yourself IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

  • It’s very straightforward… email or text us. Unlike many others we do not limit how many changes can be made monthly. If you see something you don’t like, let’s change it. Got an idea? Lets try it. We pride ourselves on great communication, and will typically get back to you if not instantly, then within a few minutes. But legally, you can reach out and expect us to get back to you within 48 hours.

  • I know that charging per page has become somewhat normal, but we don’t agree with it. We’re here to build you a great website. Limiting you to a handful of pages undermines that goal, and frankly is just nickel-and-diming you.

Understand that some websites may require unforeseen heavy lifting for special requests far outside the norm… and for those specific cases any additional pricing would be clearly communicated up front.

  • No. There are multiple ways to handle building your online store and they would need to be discussed in detail to figure out what works best for you. But building that out can sometimes require making an entire second site (on some platforms), setting up new logistics online, photos, new design, and integration. It’s too large a task to include in the initial pricing.

However, if you’d like us to handle your e-store, we would go over your needs and pricing with you up front once all the details have been decided.

  • Absolutely. If you’re completely starting from scratch we will just take over that part for you and get everything set up correctly. If you already have some things in place like owning a URL or your own email domains, we will work with you to port everything over without interruption.

  • Yes. In this day and age, you need to have a mobile-first approach. This means all design decisions should be made with “but what does that look like on a phone” in mind.

The drawback of that is, sometimes the fancy schmancy stuff won’t make it over to the phone’s design but will remain on desktop and tablet. For instance, on this page on mobile the menu is simplified instead of a quick-scroll menu that exists on the desktop page.

ADD-ONS & OTHER

  • Yes. It’s the first step in our process usually, but if you’d like to keep things in house but pick our brains for what you’re missing, we can set that up. Getting a different perspective is a recommended (and in our opinion… necessary) step to building something great.

  • No, an e-store or e-commerce is not included in the pricing. However, it can be added onto the monthly charges. We can build it within the same website/platform or on Shopify. Pricing to be determined based on need and timeframe.

  • Absolutely fine. We do have à la carte options where you can get any one thing by itself, without bundling it with other services. Ultimately, it’s about us fitting your needs. See our pricing page for more information.

  • Yes and no. We’re based out of Atlanta and if you’re local, then setting up a photoshoot or handling your photography wouldn’t be a problem at all. Of course at an additional cost which would be discussed up front.

But if you’re not local to the area, we would not be able to accommodate handling the photography for you. This doesn’t mean your website will have no pictures on it. But if you don’t supply us with images you want used, we would use stock photos via adobe instead to keep everything looking as good as possible.
